RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We will gladly accept any unused, unwashed and undamaged merchandise with original packing and tags of your purchase for an exchange or a return. Kindly note that items purchased during a sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

  • We will gladly accept any unused item within 14 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
  • Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 
  • Return shipment charges will be paid by the customer
  • Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
  • Our team will record the video after receiving the return/exchange parcels to maintain transparency between our valuable customers and us.

FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM(S):

  1. Repack merchandise and record a video. 
  2. You need to return the merchandise via courier to our address 
  3. Email us the courier slip and the repacking video at fabiolacomplaints@gmail.com.

Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to the following address:
