RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We will gladly accept any unused, unwashed and undamaged merchandise with original packing and tags of your purchase for an exchange or a return. Kindly note that items purchased during a sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We will gladly accept any unused item within 14 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Return shipment charges will be paid by the customer
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
- Our team will record the video after receiving the return/exchange parcels to maintain transparency between our valuable customers and us.

- Repack merchandise and record a video.
- You need to return the merchandise via courier to our address
